kuflinkirlisa, I received 6 promotional emails from Kuflink between the 9th and 13th Sept. Did you not think that it might have been worth forewarning us of your "planned 3 day outage" in at least one of those emails?

What sort of Financial Services Providing Platform would plan website maintenance for days on end during the working week?
I couldn't possibly comment further.

Feedback has been passed over to the relevant team to strongly consider how we communicate to our investors for any future scenarios like this. Please be rest assured that this is not a regular occurrence.
Apologies once again for any inconveniences caused.

Well, I'm afraid this marks the beginning of the end for me and Kuflink, either enforced if the sh*t's hit the fan, or by choice if it comes back. Unbelievable behaviour from this platform and one I no longer wish to be part of

It's inexplicable why there wasn't an email unless 'planned outage' has changed in meaning in recent years. Don't throw yourself overboard before you know the ship is definitely sinking, it is more than very likely the outage is due to the list below esp the last 2.
We are not standing still. We firmly believe that if we are not moving forwards, we're falling backwards. So we have some exciting plans for FY21/22. Allow IF ISA Transfers in to enter into ISA eligible Select Invest Deals Allow Select IF-ISA to be sold on the secondary market Segregated IF-ISA wallet, and SIPP wallet We'll clearly show when borrowers have related interests in other loans Introduce our new 7 phases of development structure, clearly showing where each development loan is in its journey Open banking, to add an additional layer of borrower verification Upgrade of our proprietary deal risk / pricing tool in our CRM system by connecting to live data feeds and allowing new fields to better assess the risk and price on deals is continuing Significant dashboard upgrades: live charts, proprietary budget tools, links to other investments, accrued interest, etc.

I'd be very interested to hear investor's experiences of the following:- 1. Allow IF ISA Transfers in to enter into ISA eligible Select Invest Deals. 2. Allow Select IF-ISA to be sold on the secondary market. I take it that 'Auto-invested' loans still can't be sold on the secondary market? These 2 points have been the reason that I have not transferred money to an ISA yet, but maybe this will persuade me. I would also be interested to know if I sell my loans in my 'Standard account' will I be able to see these loans to buy in my ISA account, hence transferring my loans from one to tother? Thanks

It is often episodes like this which provide a rare window into the real "workings" of a platform. We are often quick to criticise what we see as errant borrowers (and often quite rightly) but I can't help wondering that if Kuflink treat us investors with such breathtaking disdain, how are they treating borrowers who after all are ultimately whom we are trusting with our hard-earned to actually pay back. No, I'm afraid that withdraw button is gonna take some 'ammer.

What is also weird is that having improved the website with additional facilities they have not emailed to inform us of the improvements, nor does it mention them on the website.
