Looks like the glut of new year ISA money is running low on CP. There's still 70k available after 4 hours on today's project. First time I've seen availability after more than a few minutes on CP. The last of my AutoInvest funds were deployed into this loan. I started a transfer from FC to CP on Tuesday, so it looks like I've got the timing right for once. Hopefully I will see a significant improvement in last time's 4 week transfer time. I also started transfers to LI and GS on the same day, so will be interesting to compare. Seems to me it would be better if available loans/pending loans show on the screen when you log in. I've left everything to AutoInvest so didn't realise there was any availability.

There's also a couple of k available on one of the previously funded 7% loans. I didn't see that either. I was going to take some money from my Auto-invest funds to add to it but there appears to be a bug. It wanted to reduce my Auto-invest max per loan setting (*). The current level would still have been less than 20% of the reduced total Auto-invest funds. I left it unchanged. * It seems to be basing the calculation on remaining Auto-invest funds rather than total Auto-invest funds.

I think it would be better to simplify it by allowing you to set the auto-invest up to 20% of your total funds on the platform (including your manual invest total).

Hi Ace,
Many thanks for your message.
The funding speed of the projects we have launched this week has been more in line of what we would hope for when launching projects. This allows all lenders to participate in the projects they wish, without the rush at 10am, which we know was causing some frustration. This is also great for new lenders who are able to see our projects live on the platform.
The introduction of AutoInvest, and our strong pipeline of high quality, first-charge secured projects, has meant that many lenders have increased the diversification of their funds. This increased diversification has meant there has been ample investment opportunities for both AutoInvest and manual investors.
I will ensure to keep an eye on all ISA transfers that are coming in and check that all transfers are completed as soon as we have received the funds and all the relevant paperwork.
Archie – if you wish to reduce the funds in your AutoInvest, in order to free these up for manual investing, you can do this by going to your AutoInvest settings and then ‘Reduce AutoInvest’. The 20% allocation is based on the total funds you have in AutoInvest, however this will reduce if you withdraw any funds from AutoInvest.
We are continuing to deliver more high quality projects that have passed our consistently rigorous criteria, thanks to the recent increases in borrower applications.
As always, we appreciate your feedback.
Kind regards,
The CrowdProperty Team

My 'max AutoInvest' amount is 10% of total funds in AutoInvest. Removing a small amount shouldn't reduce the max per investment. It's currently calculating the new max based on the funds remaining to be invested from AutoInvest rather than the total funds.

CrowdProperty Representative There seems to be a problem with the autoinvest facility. Selecting autoinvest in order to change the values results in the error... PLATFORM ERROR Sorry, something went wrong with your request. We have notified our development team who will investigate the cause of this error. You can return to the CrowdProperty home page by clicking here ....This happens for both my account and that of my wife, so it appears to be a general problem which needs fixing before tomorrows offering.

If you go ahead with the reduction and let the system reduce your auto-invest amount to 20% of your remaining/uninvested auto-invest fund, afterwards, it will let you reset the auto-invest amount back to any amount up to 20% of your new auto-invest fund total.

I no longer get the PLATFORM ERROR, but I still cannot commit changes to my autoinvest values.

I tried that but it doesn't currently work. I added more funds so I could force the max per loan amount back up. It recalculated it higher than I wanted. If I try to reduce that amount there is another error 'Value must be less than or equal to 500'. The only way I can force the limit I want is to make the 'Autoinvest funds still to be invested' five times the value of pledge size I'm trying to set.

The workaround did work for me on May 23rd when I reported the bug to CP. Sounds like they've tried to fix it and made it worse!

Hi All,
Many thanks for your comments on this.
The problems you have been experiencing were caused by a PHP database driver updating and causing a conflict. This driver did not support the column type we used to store the data, and we have resolved this conflict by rolling back the automatic update.
We have now tested AutoInvest on both our live and test platforms and neither are currently experiencing any errors. The 20% pledge maximum is based on the funds left to AutoInvest, pending pledges and funds in active loans. If you wish to reduce the pledge size from the maximum amount you can do this by going to your AutoInvest Settings and choosing ‘Edit Pledge Size’.
Please note, if you have a technical issue or need specific support with your account, please contact us directly via the CrowdProperty platform or email support@crowdproperty.com. Contacting us directly allows us to identify specific queries on your account and implement changes far more efficiently, which in turn allows for a better experience for all users.
As always, we thank you for your feedback and if you do have any further queries please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Kind regards, The CrowdProperty Team

I see AutoInvest put some money on Eastbourne today.
Having been there when visiting friends in Brighton its not the sort of place to invest in - does anyone know how to retract an autoinvest pledge?

Yes. Go to the project in question and scroll down to the green banner, where you'll find a "cancel pledge" button. I believe it has to be done within 24 hours.
