Good news from the official loan update today that the borrower has put Funding Secure in funds for all interest to date.

good news indeed and FS are demanding progress photos- that's more like it! Looking at the photos - I guess the gaps in the foundations are for drainage? But the plant life indicates no progress for a little while - this one may come good but glad I gave it a miss.

It appears in the loan description as at April 2019 that the steel fabrication structure and timber frames are to be built off site "in the next few months". Could it be that the photos show that the site is at stage ready to receive those when complete so no work is needed on site until that time?

This was the first of a recent bunch of loans which failed to sell on the SM by the 30-day cut-off, so I'll be glad to see it renewed/repaid. Photos show little progress considering how long this has been active.
I find it a little worrying that neither the primary nor the secondary market seems to be attracting much money at the moment.

Before P2P, savers put a guinea in a piggy bank, now they smash the banks to become guinea pigs.

Good news from the official loan update today that the borrower has put Funding Secure in funds for all interest to date. Despite paying 6 months interest very promptly on the due date Oct 1st 2019, this loan is now classed as unredeemed.

I imagine this may have something to do with the Administrators proposing getting 2.5% of unredeemed and only 0.125% of in term loans. </cynical>

I have this down as 260k so sounds like a good result. Not in it as I stopped investing 12 months before they pulled the plug but I liked it at the time. Not sure what happened with the development but the borrower seemed honest enough and hopefully he will get something back as well.
