Apparently it was a business decision to stop these informative emails. Their reply to me stated, "I can confirm that investors will no longer receive notification emails for funds that have been repaid early by the borrower, funds fully matched for the 1 year market and 5 year market, Access, Plus and Max. The funds act in accordance to your re-investment settings.
Investors will only receive notification emails (if this has been selected) for new funds that have been deposited and once the funds have been matched" The fact that investors might want informative notifications to continue, whenever funds are matched or repaid early, doesn't seem to register. It seems we are relegated to 'mere bothersome lenders' at RS nowadays, obviously with no clout... So, enough is enough. I've been with RS since 2012, but the clear motives behind this removal of transparency, coupled with the many other detrimental changes, have led me to cash in now. 97% out. You'll be glad to know that RS still manages to send emails each time funds are ready to withdraw to the bank!

So when is this happening? I got an email yesterday saying I was matched in Access. RS still sends emails when new money is matched - was that the case for you? I still get the occasional one too (they appear as rare as hens' teeth) but none for my latest two matches on Access yesterday (up to 5.2% - Yay! Hoping for 5.5% before tomorrow's payment run).
NB. Either all or none of my money is 'new' (depending on how RS account for it) these days as I only lend in Access in my IFISA, which is 100% funded from my ED account.
