Only in the 3rd tier of these latest loans for some reason "We will be taking a 5% stake in this deal due to the risk profile being higher than that of Tier 2 and Tier 1"

any thoughts/comments on the latest batch of 3 tier loans.kuflink will not be taking any stake in these loans to leave more available for lenders[very thoughtful of them]with the way everything is now going with FS and MT and after COLL and LY i have really lost appetite for same borrower multiple loans of millions of pounds. My thoughts are the same as they are for all Kuflink multi-tier loans; the much higher risk for the higher tiers is no where near well enough compensated for in the rates. The rates for comparable loans on other platforms would have a much higher spread, more like 7%, 9% and 12%.

Tier 1 is zero. Other platforms do give a better spread of interest. Their stake in tier 2 is 1% (0% in tier 1, 5% in tier 3). That all adds up to less than a 1% stake across the whole loan.

were these latest 3 tier loans brought to lenders a few months ago i just seem to remember seeing them before and trying to remember if i had loaned on tier 1s and funds were returned. EDIT on the 10th and 14th june i invested in tiers 1 of both loans only for them to be aborted with capital returned no interest.there seems to be more security this time around. maybe kuflink could make things a bit clearer about what happened last time and why these are now ok to present to lenders and how they will pay such a large amount in 6 months time.

Yes they were and all tiers had 5% Kuflink first loss and all the time they were reserved we nether got any interest Their email for all Following a conversation with the client’s solicitors this morning, we're unable to give an accurate completion date for this loan and have decided to temporarily remove this opportunity from the platform.

these loans are now live.what does that mean?. have the raised funds been released to the borrowers?there is still over 2 million to raise on these loans to the same borrower.have kuflink funded the remainder and left open for lenders to fill [hopefully].
