The two loans being offered next week are to the same borrower and appear to be a refinance of the existing "Swansea & Milford Haven - Mixed Use" loan. For those concerned about lending too much to a single borrower, be aware that "Swansea Commercial Mixed Use", "Swansea Hotel" and "Swansea Land" are also loans to this borrower. Having said that, the loans appear sound and I shall be having a nibble.

Thanks for the heads up on the single borrower - 2 loans. Agreed on the soundness of the loans and will be taking a peck.

Given money awash from the 5 cancelled loans last week I think a lot of people will be wanting nibbles. Both loans likely to go fast I suspect.

although just seen that £1000 limit all tranches, so pretty limited pickings True, but there are 3 tranches for each loan, so in theory you could invest up to 6k . However, IMO the LTVs look pretty demanding for the top tier tranches of both loans.

FFF will be an issue for the upper tranches - you'll get a B or a C if you're fast enough I reckon, will be hard to get both. I am planning A tranches on auto for both then trying for a C for the one with 12 months interest on account and a B for the one with only 3 months on account.

proplend 1. As "priority access" is given to Auto lending, presumably the entire 'Tranche A' amount is available for allocation via 'Auto lending'? (rather than being restricted to a certain overall amount). 2. Having regard to the (limited) size of Tranche A and the max £1K tranche A initial limit, if in the event there are more lenders with the 'Auto lend' request than the available amount, (i.e. more than 115 'Auto Lend' requests for the loan being launched tomorrow), what is the criteria to be used for allocation across the 'over subscription': a. Random selection of lenders across all the auto lend requests? b. In the order of the lender account number? c. Some other?

The entire tranche A 'could' be filled by autolend, but I am not aware of that happening to any loans since it was introduced. 2. As far as I am aware, autolend will allocate in the order that people activated it on their account.

Milford Haven all gone in seconds!! waiting to see if i got a bite of C..it's on waiting to close. As predicted! Got £1000 of A on autolend, like you waiting for conformation of whether I got a bite of a higher tranche. Sometimes they come back and say you got through "after the whistle" as it were.

Did anyone see if there was any of A left when it went live or was it all taken on autolend? I was too busy FFF'ing a higher tranche.
