And the particulars of claim is now available online for £16.50. That's likely more than most invested in total in the loans. certainly is for me. I've got 4 figures tied up in them!

These are 'Provision Trust' loans and UB holds the assets, so it is hard to see IFISAcava losing 4 figures (or myself losing my 2-figure sum!); but 'tied up' is true - this could drag on.

Anyone able to supply a copy of the particulars of claim? The fee involved would take up a third of my investment so I'm not forking out!

My involvement in this borrower's loans is about 4% of my UB funds. Considering PT I treat it as an extra cash drag, which is part of the game with UB anyway. I trust that UB is not in a position to collapse in foreseen future.

I am not going to cash out from now on as I have an optimal amount invested in this platform now, £2k. My XIRR is above 5% without accrued interest.

I am not massively worried, but it is a risk to factor in IMHO.

On the "My Portfolio screen": Cash + Balance = Total Value = Net Fund Transferred + Interest (Paid & Accrued) So, the balance must have included accrued interest.

Thanks for replying, but I think we might be at cross purposes, unless I'm just being thick. You said you calculated your XIRR excluding accrued interest, so I was looking for where you got your figure for 'balance excluding accrued interest' from.

I calculate the interest paid using monthly figures in “tax statement “. Then calculate the accrued interest by finding the difference.

Anyone able to supply a copy of the particulars of claim? The copy that was uploaded was only a draft version and has now been withdrawn. I'll keep half an eye open

It will only be a draft as the court hasn’t given permission for them to serve it. That hearing is September
