Fewer lenders selling. Am i right in thinking most are selling 4 or 5% a month and that a full sell is taking about 2 years? usually 5% Plus 2-3% normal repayments plus 1% interest

So about a year to sell out assuming current demand and selling levels?

14/7/19 request sold in 11th round on 3/3/20 (only 6 days) 23/9/19 request sold in 11th round on 5/3/20 29/2/20 request (relisted 14/1/20) sold in 11th round on 2/3/20---only 2 days, so looks like I did get an extra sale! Relisted again today (5/3/20)
Re Ashtondav suggestion that it will take a year to sell out--sadly unlikely! When we are all forced to re-list in April after 120 days, the amount available to sell at 1% each time will be a lot less than when originally requested. My 14/7/19 request above was initially for £42k. Because of repayments since 14/7/19 and sales since December 19, this figure is now about £23k. In each round, I was getting about £420. From April this will be only £230 and repayments will reduce gradually as well. This situation will recur every 120 days, so the time to get it all out will increase every time. It could take many years unless more confidence in investing in FC occurs. That is unlikely if this model continues as few investors in their right mind will invest in a platform that takes years to get money back out of. If you are happy with long term investments, managed funds usually achieve > 5% after fees. FC are not achieving this for us. Re-listing seems to be working for small funds, but I am not doing it for large sums for the above reasons.

It sounds like things are really slowing down. p2pstephan and lewis were three days behind me previously. Now it's gone to five to six days gap.

It sounds like things are really slowing down. p2pstephan and lewis were three days behind me previously. Now it's gone to five to six days gap. More people selling to stock up on loo roll and pasta? Flippancy apart - perhaps more investors turning risk averse with the COVID-19 scenario - so fewer investors and maybe more sellers. Most people would be happy sitting on cash right now, with a few adventurous ones buying the stock market "on the dips". I wouldn't be surprised with a rise in defaults in the next couple of months, specially if small businesses / projects have to take the hit for staff self-isolating for minor colds. Even if the govt somehow covers the sick pay element, the borrowers' cash flow will definitely take a hit.
