Do you have autolend switched on? That would prevent a sale being initiated. I checked my accounts and all loans are sellable. No autolend is switched off. The loan in question is S....S........M.....R Ah!! That is one of the few that I have no money invested in so cannot check. proplend I realize you may not wish to respond here, but it would be good communications to update the loan holders of the reason this loan cannot be sold at the present.

I received an interest payment in Sept OK, October's not yet due. Maybe they used up the interest reserve? Would be good to know the reason.

Hmmm .... when this episode of missing sell buttons was raised yesterday evening, I logged into PL and scanned down my portfolio list, and noted the green flash beside every single one of my loans telling me they were all 'ACTIVE - GOOD STANDING', so assumed it wasn't one of mine.
Wrong assumption. Even though I learnt by email this evening one of my loans is unsellable for a a reason that I think most people would interpret as implying the loan is not currently in good standing, the website continues to tell me it is in 'Good Standing'. I regard this as giving me a misleading view of the status of my portfolio.
proplend - I know you have made a recentish change to the 'Completed Loans' list to identify the one defaulted loan as such, but I think consideration needs to be given to wider identification of loans that are not in good standing (how ever temporary that impairment might be).

Maybe use a 'traffic light' system.....
Green: Everything OK Amber: Possible issue needing attention (bit like the AC monitoring event in which the loan cannot be sold until issue resolved). Red: Serious problem or default.
This would probably require introduction of a status field somewhere to explain the Amber issue. AC and ABL do provide regular status updates in their loans and get much kudos for doing so.

In addition to an email to existing lenders informing them of the reason why selling is disabled, I think a permanent note of this occurrence should be added to the loan details on the website, as this fact is also relevant to future potential (new) investors (when secondary selling is resumed).

Further welcome changes to the 'Completed Loans' list which now flags 'Interest in arrears' and "Loan past maturity' as well as the earlier addition of 'Loan in default'
Thanks for this proplend. A suggestion for the long term software development list - the completed loans page would benefit from the ability to filter on the loan status. Many ways technically this could be achieved, but given the existing tranche filter butons, the simplest might be 3 buttons Active/Repaid/Other

proplend , It would be helpful if you could provide regular updates on the progress & status of defaulted loan(s?) to *all* PL investors (and not just to those who have invested in the defaulted loan), as I think this info is relevant when making investment decisions on other loans too. Whilst I have not invested in the (first) defaulted loan, I have investment in a number of other loans and transparency on this aspect is important for continued use of your platform. I hope Proplend plan to do so?

Now the aforementioned SSMR loan cannot even be viewed. Might have been whilst they were updating parts of the website - the loan listing now has a 'History' section detailing the interest arrears and the subsequent rectification.
proplend - any chance we can have the dates in this new History section in UK not US format please.
