If the FCA allow the money to be P1ssed up the wall (literally) by letting the sponsorship go ahead then that would be an absolute dereliction of their duty to protect the consumer. What are the penalties for breaking the contract? I have no idea what the penalties are. It is highly likely that Lendy have already paid, or part paid for this year sponsorship as part of their contractual terms.

liam/lendy would have covered their ar*es some where in the contract.i think that liam would even pay this out of his own stash/slush fund as failure would be to much for his multi millionaire ego/lifestyle.lendy wealth is still being pushed on the cowes website and i am sure his smarmy bullsh*t would pull a few more mugs in to the mystery of lendy wealth.

One assumes that Lendy Wealth clients are also experiencing "banking issues".

One assumes that Lendy Wealth clients are also experiencing "banking issues". There's probably a facility for them to drop off brown envelopes at the door of Lendy Towers so that banking problems don't impede their wealth creation.

I liked the loan PBL196 and it should have a good chance to repay in full. So I wanted to buy a bit. But now my money is neither there and back I assume you have checked DDC & know that this loan is linked to PBL197 & DFL034/37. Thanks I didn't realised they were linked. For PBL197 it's fine because PBL196 is first charge. And for DFL034 it looks ok. But yeah I really need to find out which loans are linked before investing!
