Shh 🤐, I'm waiting for an ISA transfer and don't want to lose out. I won't be troubling the 30k limit though!

Only £21.4k left now! The question is, is there another £30k waiting and another after that etc? Or, if you wait to purchase later in order to gain a potentially obscene return at the end of August, will you miss out or will the asking price increase? r1200gs go to the SM for 38 and select trade to gain access to the documents. I'm there but I'm not convinced I'm in the right place. Basket of secured loans? Is that it? Best offer I see is 98%?

On loan 38 go to the documents tab and open the one titled "addendum page - PLEASE READ". That gives an update from April 28th on all of the ACI loans.
I would have thought that this really should have been posted on all of the individual loans rather than just tucked away on loan 38 as it is an important piece of information.

If I was an underwriter on this selling tens of thousands of pounds worth at a 5% discount and I didn't get a phone call from ABLrate telling me about the loans being paid off in 4 months time then I would not be happy.

I would think that unlikely; plus bear in mind, we don't know what, if any, discount was received at purchase. They may still be making a tidy profit and freeing up capital at the same time (and offloading any residual risk).
I have had a dabble mind you

ablrate - please can we get an update on where the refinancing process has got to with this suite of loans? There are a couple due for repayment next month including 38 which has already been extended once - are 38 and 55 to be made amortising like 43 or can we expect a lump sum payment?

BOTH 38 and 55 have been extended. The extension period has been announced today. I best not say any more otherwise...
