I tried to use the Tax statement function today, but all the figures were £0.00, whatever dates I selected. Anybody else having this issue, or is it just me? Works for me, but the default dates may not be what you want

Adding up deposits, cashback, and interest falls short of the dashboard account balance.
I have emailed SS.

Fortunately it appears to be working for me again, and it seems to tally up with my dashboard Not sure what the problem was so will keep my eye on it

Adding up deposits, cashback, and interest falls short of the dashboard account balance. Steerpike: Having loan parts for sale would cause that, but that seem unlikely since nothing appeared to be for sale the last time I checked. There was a problem a while ago where loan parts were sold but the proceeds ended up in limbo rather than in the sellers' accounts. Could that have happened?

Had an email from SS, due to a known glitch apparently.
They have a scheduled job that fixes these things, but I note that the problem persisted overnight.
