Any update from Abl on this? ?? Yes, we have been working with all the parties to establish what steps are required to bring each project under our security for sale. We have spoken with a number of potential buyers and we will be breifing lenders in the admin notes as to the next steps in the next couple of days.

I'm slightly confused by the update - it implies that ownership structure has been sorted and therefore payment of interest expected in 7 days, but then says they're talking to 3rd parties to sell the sites which implies that the ownership structure isn't sorted yet?

The company is in administration, so while we (as lenders' agent) are owed the money and have the charge, we don't yet own the asset. So to be able control the situation we need to take control of the assets hence sorting out the ownership structure / administration and the maintenance of interest. During this time we are talking to potential purchasors of the assets.

Selling the assets, not the business. So interest may be expected eventually if the cash realised on the assets exceeds the capital outstanding. Ablrate do not have much luck with these portfolio loans, so far.
