....... if I were, for example going to gather evidence of what might be considered as misselling. If you're thinking about going down this route it would be worthwhile first looking at the two(?) miss-selling claims where the FOS did not find in favour of the lender. thanks. How would I find reports on this? I'm kind of taking hints from other people's previous posts at one point or another; it's more what's the benefit of loads of individuals writing to complain? Do they get treated better than a group?

Thanks. fab. For Ly for example, I'd definitely not expect 'not reading the project details' to get compensation. Claims and evidencing something takes monumental effort to document, evidence, and prove a pathway of events and sequellae which I why I think it might be better to have collaborative approach. @monetus wuzimu prob too early to say, yes, and might not be a priority? (It's interesting that there has been a claim of someone getting compensation on the Ly threads somewhere. As it doesn't appear to be listed here, then maybe it was directly from Ly, if true.)
