Is any progress waiting on the result of the "waterfall" court case. Nothing seems to be happening ... I would be amazed if a case of this complexity could be slotted in before the summer break so an October hearing at the very earliest. Perhaps even 2021.

I would be amazed if a case of this complexity could be slotted in before the summer break so an October hearing at the very earliest. Perhaps even 2021. It seems RSM are going all in, which is a precarious position for them to be taken in light of their recent publicity, however there is the slim chance they might decide to save their own skin in advance by proposing a slightly different waterfall model to appease us, which of course we should reject entirely and take this case as far as it will go. I have a feeling it is going to be P2P's "Wonga" moment, as many will realise that what they state in their T's&C's will actually be legally enforceable with regard to ring-fencing of investor funds. It's absolutely outrageous that such claims and statements can be made upfront by a platform in which investors base their decision on, and then later proven to be a falsehood. I suspect a reasonable Judge will find a way to ensure our funds are returned to us, and such a judgement will ensure that it won't happen again. A few other P2P lenders may fall as they realise the reality of the (mis)information they have given to investors dawns on them.

Hi all, I assume everyone has downloaded their loan details to excel (or similar) eons ago. I updated my ‘Live loan parts’ from the last repayment and all seems to tally up ok. However, I recently found quite a discrepancy (c£500) between interest received on the ‘sold loan parts’ screen and exported excel figures, similarly with interest received on the ‘repaid loan parts’ screen and exported excel figures. I emailed Lendy support a few weeks ago asking for clarification, but no reply received as yet. I suppose I could trundle through all of the transaction details to find the true figures, or could there be some simple explanation? I would advise others to check theirs if not done so already.

There's been a discrepancy on my interest figures on my account on Lendy's website and the actual interest received for several years now, well before Lendy went into administration. I contacted Lendy support and nothing happened about it. Your Excel figures are all correct, the figures on Lendy's website are wrong.

I suppose we better check tax statement figures also!

Worth checking out Change.org to sign a petition to get the Serious Fraud Office to investigate Stewart Day.
I'm sure most people know this muppet who managed to fritter away around £30 million of our money.

Logged into my account just now and £39.20 in there (was empty when I looked the other day), very surprising!

latest update. administration period extended till 2023 another 3 bloody years. surely they are not going to take that long and rack up millions more in fees.

Having dealt with plenty of administrators before this doesn't really come as a surprise to me. Make no mistake, they are vultures and will do their best to pick the Lendy carcass clean.

Second that copacetic. Have been an employee twice in UK firms that went into Administration and have watched and experienced Administators at close quarters. They're exactly like RICS in how "Professional" they are. Know wot I mean.

Yes , Isn't it amazing how quickly RSM can get to court and take action when it involves the potential to earn more money for THEMSELVES , it is a pity they are not as diligent and expedient when they are looking to return money to us.
