In line with the RSM investor update on Friday 4 th October above, on Monday 28 th October 2019 the respective investor accounts were updated for the interim distributions in respect of the following loans: • DFL012; • DFL034; • DFL037; and • DFL032. I have amended the table here in order to keep a track of these repayments. The interim loan re-payments/distributions are being discussed on loan threads in both DDC and the main forum, and on a separate thread "interim distribution". There is a ticker tape update on the Lendy site when you are logged in stating

According to various forum members withdrawals are now 'available' for those with funds on account, presumably only for those who have passed AML checks, but note they may not necessarily know they have done so so worth checking. On making a withdrawal request members are informed that this will be processed within 5 working days, but iirc that's what it always did say prior to administration. Forum thread here - Withdrawals now activeNote: The ticker tape update on the Lendy site is still present

Latest Administrators update received from Lendy support timed in my inbox at 17:38 on 8th November 2019. Another 'creditors' body to be formed for Saving Stream Security Holdings Ltd named a "Consultancy Liaison Body" and will effectively only contain large Model 2 loan investors. Update not yet on the Lendy site but I'm sure it will be, quoted below in full for continuity.

Latest Administrators update received from Lendy support timed in my inbox at 16:10 on 15th November 2019. The email stated "This update is primarily for those investors with funds on account." and had a pdf Update attached which is also on the Lendy site, but quoted below in full for continuity. I thought the 'breakdown' paragraph sounded a bit ominous.

Latest Administrators update received from Lendy support timed in my inbox at 17:32 and on the Lendy website. Quoted here in full - apologies for formatting, I've spent too long on it already and the indents just won't behave . No doubt lots to chew over, but also note there will be no more monthly loan book updates, so please anyone who notices a loan update, do post on the forum and I'll try and update them in a list somewhere.
