Does anyone think Trust Pilot is worth reading? If I'm considering a large or mature company then there are better sources of information; if I am considering a young or small company then I assume that trust pilot might be unreliable.

Well it's the first thing that pops up when you google so I think it does have a bit of influence.
Incidentally a couple of years back I attended a conference on "the customer experience" and the speaker (who had been in charge of several restaurants) said the biggest factor for a successful restaurant was good google reviews - 3 stars and below you're doomed he said!

Personally no - there are far-eastern companies paid to generate good but fake reviews. I think I saw evidence of this on watchdog- much better to get on an independent forum and make your own mind up - any ideas anybody?

Have you inadvertently justified FS's request of demonstrating you are a current or former FS investor in order to leave a review?

fundingsecure appear to have made a mistake... this review does refer to their organisation. How careless of them.

Have checked this on Trust Pilot - the overall rating is "poor" but whose fault is that?
I note the reply to the the above TF post
Have they been sniffing the glue samples again?
