Support for what ?. There is no evidence that anything other than bad management! ! With over 100k in Lendy I’m happy to let the professionals in management of companies in distress to take over and use their expertise to get the best possible results. Constant interference from numerous MPs or aggrieved investors serves only to delay things at a cost. So let’s at least wait for the first independent report before we waste our and their time chasing imaginary malfeasance. Have you got £100k locked in Lendy? No 120K .. good things come to he who waits despite what gloom merchants say. Eg FS Formby loans predictions were massive losses.

It’s not worth the stress unless (and you don’t seem the type for this to be the case) you invested working capital in Lendy. Like a house in negative equity it is only a problem if you immediately need to sell. Posts by df give hope of a reasonable not too slow solution. Stress is not good for you try hard to combat it . We would miss your contributions .

A FAR better job than Lendy (who'd have done Football Association), albeit expensive as you say @billy69. I'm just glad I got out of Lendy with no losses, being in COLL I'd be too depressed being kippered twice.

BIG thank you for acknowledging my post. PLEASE suggest who these additional candidates should be. Yes also interested in who you would suggest. This is going to be a huge undertaking so going to need as much community support as possible. unfortunately the names i had in mind are no longer eligible for indi forum participation..

The full website will be launched in the next couple of weeks. how long does it take to put up a site ? im no website expert, but i would have one functional in a few hours Thanks for your useful feedback. The basic site has been live as of yesterday: www.lendyactiongroup.co.uk/Unfortunately I have been in Italy on “holiday” for the past week and have had to coordinate most of this from a mobile phone rather than a desktop computer since the administration occurred which of course slows progress significantly. Rather than enjoying the tourist sites of Milan I have instead mostly been setting up FB groups, posting on P2P forums, writing articles, chatting with upwards of 50 lenders via PM, answering numerous messages and emails from concerned investors, dealing with contact from law firms, newspapers and the media, and carrying out many hours of due diligence and research to try and establish our position. All of this has not made my wife happy to say the least I am flying back to the UK today so normal service will be resumed from next week. Hopefully divorce papers won’t be following also... I am also hopeful that further regular contributors from this or any other forum will be interested in helping out. As of now I have yet to receive a single PM in regards to the message I posted yesterday looking for interested parties to help run the FB group.

At this point, I'm quite happy for admins to remain anonymous on fb - it's a very public place. I'm quite happy that someone is interested in leading something that isn't mandatory, and hopefully which is demographic, and at least is generous enough to share knowledge which will help explain or enhance legal, legislative, and financial information. Some people wish to remain 100% private and that's totally fine - everyone deserves a right to privacy. For the record to anyone on this forum... I am one of the Admins of this group (although there are a number of people from this forum involved who are putting in some serious time and effort behind the scenes) and that's my real name on there. More admins will also be added soon. As many know I am also involved with the Collateral administration so I'm pretty sure most people will know who I am already and will have done their DD. Feel free to browse some pictures of my wedding should you feel the need. Hi Monetus, can you suggest a similar forum or facebook group who deals with Collateral's administration?

Hi Monetus, can you suggest a similar forum or facebook group who deals with Collateral's administration? I am not aware of any similar things for Collateral. Perhaps someone should start one? I sadly would not be able to be involved for obvious reasons.
