The pdf isn't attached, it is a web link.
They clearly have the old lendy staff doing the mailing as they can't even get the date right - When I received notification of the email I initially thought they had just sent out the same one as last week.

Significant good news - there’s £10m confirmed in the Client Account! And it reconciles to what should be there.
I guess most of this is the payout of HQ sale.
Wrt Collateral, this is a big improvement in communication and also confirms that none of the last minute shenanigans at Col happened at Lendy. Perhaps the FCA have learnt a lesson.

We're all saying yeppee because the sums add up so far...but so they should.!.it's the most recent account with obvious action..who'd be daft enough to rob that.?.

My opinion is that it would have been naive to have expected it, especially by those caught in the 'Collateral' ..damage. They should .. but they might not have. On the other hand .. or same hand .. what does this £10M really mean? The Client account .. could that just be the Barclays Cash Account? [which is completely ring fenced]

The banner the top of the lendy page now says updates are hoped to be ready for 'early next week', instead of 'ready for 7th June'. This seems peculiar but perhaps lenders are entitled to see what progress is being made in the claims ongoing. It seems unlikely that this is an automated announcement.

The banner the top of the lendy page now says updates are hoped to be ready for 'early next week'... So is that "next week" from this week's perspective or from last week's perspective? ... and will the intended interpretation change by the start of next week?
Gotta love the undated announcements that allow for deferring things indefinitely!

It's next week from last weeks perspective (ie updates should be posted this week). The banner message has been there since last Friday I believe.

I would not be at all surprised if this was automated. We saw how geared the system was to producing falsehoods about when updates would come out and what they would contain.
There could easily be an automated software function that first of all announces that the monthly update will be available before the end of the first working week in the month and then when that date has passed (but the 'update timer' not reset by an actual update), automatically we get the current holding message. Could be completely wrong but wouldn't surprise me at all. Nothing has convinced me that RSM have any handle on Lendy's website software yet as there is zero mention of Lendy going into administration in that online user interface system, but I would hope they are either working on it or building a new database/UI under their control. They may decide to disable all web user functionality in an aim to simplify things and reduce workload going forward. Who knows until they tell us?

The email from the receiver last week said updates on loans would be provided this week.............so the banner message aligns with that (at the moment).

Haven't got any longer or informative. In summary, all legal claims under review, anything in default with an offer has been accepted & proceeding, anything in refinance proceeding, anything not in default & not in refinance has had a cheeky offer from the borrower which has been rejected and DFL032 has had an extension.
Overall summary - keep waiting
