What is a cynic? A man who knows the price of everything and the value of nothing.

great time saver when your already exposed enough to an individual borrower - Hull or Lytham - which is the greatest graveyard of p2p loans ? Over 3 years borrowed £9.4 mn though various projects - paid back (including amortisation) £4.7 mn (including £3.08 mn matured loans)- Good LTV across all remaining as security and each loan individually secured... never missed an instalment payment or failed to pay the capital. ta - interesting info - don't know if that's included in the proposal but would be useful if not. regardless I have no desire to compromise my own diversification criteria (which is a problem on the platform tbh) - each to their own and all that

ablrate Would you please explain the change in funding requirement for this loan. The borrower originally asked for tranche 1 funding of £500k. It now seems to have dropped to £370k. Either the borrower needed the 500 or he didn't. If he did, why is it now 370; if he didn't, why did he ask for it in the first place?

Borrowing proposal clearly states 'up to' and the 'what if it does not fill' statement says that there is no minimum. No problem there. Perhaps needs as much cash as can be got.
