Oh a PP investor survey. That was cathartic.

It's like getting a good kicking from a bunch of yobs and being asked to fill in survey about what type of footwear you would like them to wear next time ? Dr martens, divers boots, clogs.
Straight into the electronic shredder.

Better to tell their new owners exactly what you think of PP's unjustifiable and unauthorised past behaviour

The survey pretty much tells you where the future of PP is going to be.
How much are you going to invest next year? How much of that will be in usa properties? How much are you willing to invest in worldwide properties? State the countries in preferential order. The UK is not in the list!
I guess they're aiming for younger investors. Nobody who remembers the 2006 usa sub-prime mortgage crisis and the resulting financial depression that spread worldwide will invest in that toxic arena.

They still haven't sold one multi-unit property yet, it's going to be a long slog for investors but the longer it takes the more they can suck the orange dry. The reductions in the current charges in view of recent performance are symbolic, all the properties are generating good revenue for everyone in the supply chain apart from investors. There are big cash incentives for buying up the shares of investors who want out of the 5 year exit properties and also secondary market purchases , it's not having much effect.
The average value of the property portfolio continues to drop despite the housing market moving in the opposite direction, some achievement. Hopefully Better will makes things better with a plan to dispose of all these properties before the end of the decade. They sell mortgages and PP has a shed load of ready made properties to sell, I don't know if that natural synergy had anything at all to do with the takeover.

My ROI is still hurtling towards 0.0% pa over the 5 year period from this cash hoover ltd, currently 0.6% pa, worse than premium bonds. The irrepressible BS and data suggests I should be doing much 'Better', all rather dense and hard to fathom. It doesn't help that every property loses around 10% of its valuation at the start of the 5 year exit process. Even the vote buttons are not working properly from a company who has pride in its Fintech credentials.

Update : No Better.
My ROI is still hurtling towards 0.0% pa over the 5 year period. Everytime they send out a Portfolio update with good news, update the property valuations, initiate a 5 year exit , sell a property or sneeze my portfolio drops again, another £60 not related to my latest 5 year exit, usually it happens at known times. Could be from any property I have the misfortune still to hold. It's like shooting ducks at the fair and I'm the one who is doing the quacking.
