Finally got an email acknowledgement of my complaint from their "Senior Investor Relationship Manager", after 9 days.
To summarise - PP told me to like it or lump it.

Hi uksoul & others, interesting to read about you selling on the secondary market at a loss to invest the funds elsewhere. Is anyone willing to share where they are moving their money for a higher rate of return? I have been buying some high yielding shares of late. very skeptical on P2P platforms now

I have been buying some high yielding shares of late. very skeptical on P2P platforms now I’m reinvesting into vanguard all world etf which is at an all time high and could crash at any moment but over 15 to 20 years I expect it to outperform. My main problem with property partner is complete loss of trust. I can’t keep my money with an untrustworthy company with a devious minded new CEO

Is anyone willing to share where they are moving their money for a higher rate of return? I have been buying some high yielding shares of late. very skeptical on P2P platforms now I moved half to Proplend @14.22% the rest to Relendex @ 11%. All proceeds moved with very little drag and overall much better off in the short-medium term and most likely much, much better better of longer term. I considered staying for the 5 years exit with PP but unsure if they'd be around plus there is the likelihood of a hike in fees in 3 yrs or so. Had one property(student dorm) that had dividends suspended until Oct so overall instantly better off. I get your scepticism on P2P platforms but they do differ vastly in operation, professionalism and due diligence. A lot of online resources help sort out the good v the bad. Shares are a stable option but look at the Neil Woodford saga, total shock to the industry with this fiasco. Nothing is bulletproof but spreading your investments and diversifying is key to mitigate risks.

Latest update from PP : look how much is being traded on the SM!
Hmm wonder why? Something tells me the short term book might fade dramatically.

It would appear any publicity is good publicity and they're gonna milk this with all the spin they can muster.
Cheek is right!

Basically says “look how we decreased the value of almost every property on the sm and we made 2% on your misery”. Plus we have enough mugs to invest while you are selling. Wait until the dividend yields keep decreasing and they add extra fees to stay afloat. Contemptible.

It was an 'attempt" to stem the mass exodus. An extraordinary bit of spin but understandable after all the complaints made. If not selling now, best to hold onto the 5 year exit. Will likely break even or make a bit of profit then.

I'm selling all and getting out. Hopefully before the monthly fee... by which time I will have no money left in my account anyway
I have (had) a range of high and low yield properties, and surprisingly to me it is the low yield stuff that has sold first. Maybe because it is at a discount already.
I also found that email pretty cheeky.

True..there is a high chance PP will not be the same as now or may be taken over which is why i sold all my holdings. Hopefully though they can learn the mess and do better.

The email did come across as cheeky and arrogant. It reminded me of the BS we used to get from Lendy. I have sold off 90% so should be out completely in the very near future.
Tip: don’t withdraw sums greater than about 10k at a time because it triggers their additional checks which delays things a little.
