You cannot possibly be suggesting that you can correct an error in one loan's accrued interest by paying out twice on all the others. Unless you have the most spectacularly knackered accounting system. We are not there yet. mikeb: No, I wasn't suggesting that. If I gave that impression, I apologise. I was thinking of a situation where someone had been keeping note of only the total accrued interest shown on the Dashboard, and wondering if the correction of a big shortage on one loan might have looked like a small overage on other loans. If you've been watching each loan's AI individually, then that's clearly not the case. We'll see what happens in a few minutes time, when Sunday arrives.

You may not have seen it but there was a post p2pindependentforum.com/post/30968/thread asking us to email mark.wardrop@assetzcapital.co.uk with details of outstanding errors. It strikes me that there are numerous errors with data on particular loans or software raised in this thread. So if you are aware of one (or more) you have raised is still an issue and you have the time perhaps you could email mark.

Spent a while this morning going through all those still in error and sent a "detailed response", again providing my figures, dates, rates etc where I can.

Does anyone know why the interest rate for A******* loan #132 has dropped to zero ? No. But this question did save me a lot of trouble trying to figure out why my total accrued interest took a big drop overnight! chris?

Does anyone know why the interest rate for A******* loan #132 has dropped to zero ? Funny, not really. Mine has disappeared from MLIA. Had sold all units but about £380 due in accrued interest. Nothing being reported on the Activity tab.

Nothing being reported on the Activity tab. One reason why, where I am disposing of my holdings, I am retaining a minimal investment in loans that owe me accrued interest.

If you want out of an investment then the system should be able to show 0.00 holding with 0.01 owed in Accrued Interest. That's how it's showing in C* L****** on MLIA. Hopefully chris will report back soon.

Yes, My accrued interest for 132 has gone too .... around £62. Wouldn't it be nice if AC told us that an accounting problem had developed rather than us telling them, and they add it to all their other tasks, while frantically assuring us they are "looking in to it". I'm full of admiration for for what Chris & Co have got right, but unfortunately (that's an AC favourite word ) too much has been a total cock-up. I live in hope

This glitch has caused accrued interest to drop to zero, so at this point the system thinks he has no holding and no accrued interest, so there's nothing to report in his MLIA and the loan will disappear from all his lists. Presuming the error is corrected, that loan will reappear. But it isn't a situation that encourages confidence in AC. How can an interest rate disappear when there have been no changes in the situation? I'm doing the same thing as batchoy when deciding I no longer want to be invested in a loan, though. That way I'm more likely to learn about any new developments -- or problems -- in the AC platform.

Maybe an overnight fix job? - I certainly hope so as at this rate I'm going to be into daily screenshots!! Seen the answers on the Q&A for this loan and the answer is 'it appears to be an IT glitch and is being looked at urgently'. Sorry guys this doesn't inspire confidence as IT glitches have a habit of being contagious and as the fix has not been applied it appears more serious than maybe first thought.

Sorry guys this doesn't inspire confidence as IT glitches have a habit of being contagious and as the fix has not been applied it appears more serious than maybe first thought. A******* did fix after midnight. That's the good news. The bad news is that it was contagious, and Kent caught the virus. I notices that its interest rate was zero during the day yesterday -- and might have been that way for longer as I hadn't been watching it closely -- but it still was showing historical accrued interest until midnight, at which point that went to zero as well. I have inferred from what Chris said in another thread that the effort to sort out A found that the problem was not limited to that loan and that other "old" loans were affected similarly. I haven't a clue what triggers the rate change and AI disappearance, so don't know why it hits different loans at different times. Chris also said that he hoped to implement a fix for the other vulnerable loans on Friday.
