Hello P2P forumites, I represent a team of experienced UK P2P executives and developers (with over 20 years' combined experience in the sector). We have developed a new P2P platform (for consumer lending initially) and will be raising additional funds to complete our authorization process and launch the business. As part of this funding we are considering including a crowdfunding element as this seems appropriate given the nature of the product. It would also represent an opportunity for retail investors to participate at an early stage with the advantageous valuation that implies (and matching risk of course). In order to gauge the appetite in terms of numbers of possible participants and likely funding levels we have opened a pre-registration page on Seedrs. This is of course not an invitation to invest nor does it represent any form of obligation, it is just a mechanism to allow us to determine if this is a viable process at this stage in the company's journey, i.e. generally is this something that people would consider? I cannot give a great deal more information at this stage (as the lawyers will jump on my head) but should we run the campaign then full details will obviously be included. As the denizens of this forum are easily the most informed participants in the P2P market, we would welcome your interest! The form is here squaredeal.seedrs.com/You can message me directly if you want further information.
