I've noticed a few people mentioning the use of auto-withdrawal of funds from their holding account, yet no matter how hard I've looked, I've never found such a feature in my account.
As such, I always have to use the Withdraw > Withdraw to bank account feature manually.
Has auto-withdraw been ditched in the recent UI updates, or am I missing something obvious?

I suspect you can only gain access to the page to set this up if you have some funds in Holding. You will see in the attached screenshot that the option is greyed out as my Holding is currently zero:

If you go to withdraw then select withdraw to bank account page and scroll down the Auto Withdrawal Option is there. On selecting "Next" you can set your options.
In Edit: erniec is probably correct as I do have an account balance and I can access the Auto Withdrawal Menu.

Thank you both. Looks like the auto option isn't present for me: _

Not in the subsequent screen either. A question I should send to RateSetter support perhaps?

Thank you, arby , the link is perfect, leading to: Great. I just ticked 'account balance' and it only takes what is in the holding account, so exactly what one would hope it would do. [The other step is choosing to not to reinvest capital/interest and instead hold it in the holding account]

It seems that one does need to have something in the holding account to see the Auto function but the interesting thing for me was that whilst I got the "auto withdraw" I only had 0.92p in my holding so it would not let me withdraw it or set up and auto withdraw options.
it says "You don't have any money available to withdraw." and No available funds, but it did trigger the auto section of the screen. Perhaps you need to have £10 or more to withdraw on this screen or at least > £1 perhaps.
Edit: It might be also that I have never made a withdrawal so it needs a manual one first.

It seems you're right - I've only ever withdrawn from my Every Day account (which now has zero funds, hence why no withdrawal screen available), and not from my ISA, and it's my ISA I'm trying to auto-withdraw from. Arby's URL leads me to this screen, which helpfully explains thus: At least I know what to do now Thanks all!

I don't think auto-withdrawal is ever available from your ISA account, only your Everyday account.
That's certainly true for me even with money in the holding account and I've made withdrawals from ISA and Everyday (although ISA withdrawals are always routed through Everyday first).
