Latest RYI speed: same day. Lets hope so still, Mrs Aju and myself got our £100 bonuses over the last 2 days. Just released them an hour ago. they went onto Access @2.9% in E/D but needed to move them over to the ISA side for both of us to get better rates on 1Y and tax cover. Also can now start to move more funds over to ISA as well. Kept it in E/D as could not get a definitive answer about the bonus and ISA lending > 1000 covering it as well.

Heads up: RYI speed is not instant today. I will post an update when my RYI is completed. If I recall correctly (and perhaps it's changed, not sure), I think RYI is typically not instant until all of the payment run has completed. Typical upshot being that RYI's in the morning/early afternoon have to wait whilst if you RYI at, say, 7pm then it's pretty instant. Unless the payment run is severely delayed, obvs.

Re: timing an RYI to select particular contracts, I've not done it for a while. Can anyone confirm if it's still applicable that if you want to sell all contracts from a certain date that you sell them on the following day?
e.g. let's say I have a cruddy rate contract for £100 on 24/01/2020. If I RYI £100 on 25/01/2020,does it choose this contract?
Also, if I have multiple contracts on the same day, does the system choose the first on the list do we know?

I think so, at least it worked the last time I sold out, but that was a few weeks back and RS has probably updated its system about 100 times since then. I think I read somewhere that it chooses the highest rate for a particular day - I have got round this by cashing in £10 which then locks that loan for the day. Then cash in more which affects the other loans on that day. This does "cost" you £10 of your higher rate loan though. I have also tried experimenting with amounts to see which loan will be cashed in eg if you've got a loan for £123.45, try cashing in just above or below that amount and see if it defaults to that exact amount (ie ask for £124 and see if it chooses £123.45) - have a play and you may see what I mean.

"We may temporarily suspend your ability to use this function in order to manage supply and demand on the platform. " "Your loans will be sold on a “last in, first out” basis, i.e. starting with the most recent contract, regardless of rate. " "You cannot release loan contracts with a value of less than £10, and you cannot release any loan contracts on the same day that they have been matched or reinvested."

If anyone has recently done a RYI from Access, what has been the time taken for this request to be processed and liquid funds being available in the holding account?
After the RYI request is made and until the loan is transferred to another investor, does the RYI amount requested appear under "Borrower offers" in "View Full Market" under "Market Data"?
Is there a particular time of day/schedule when matching runs are made to match borrower/RYI with investor offers?
(I realise the waiting time can vary depending on market liquidity, but unlike AC who for their QAA product publish the "Average time to withdraw funds over last 7 days" (where it stood at 0.03 seconds today) and also one's "Queue position", RS couldn't provide this info when I called to inquire regarding a RYI request I had made around 5 hours ago.)

I’ve done several releases over the last week. Most happened instantly but one took a few hours.
