Now that these loans will be restructured in a different way to 67/68 I suggest that 85/97/104/105 be discussed in this thread going forward and discussion of 67/68 be made in the other new thread i have started. Hopefully the original thread discussing all BN related loans will no longer be used but remain as a record of previous discussion.

Does anyone know on 25/8/19 when loan 104 comes to pay if we get ten months of accrued interest or if its added on to our loan or if its all been added on already? I cant remember if i've amended my spreadsheet already or not. I know i did for 105.

I received capitalised interest on 16/8/2019, which looked to be very roughly equal to 10ish months interest.
Go to account history and type in the Loan number and hit search.

I just wanted to check is everyone happy with their capitalised interest on loan 1000105?
On 16/8 I received capitalised interest of £31.55 but on the amount of £1453.13. I think this is for ten months but i don't think that works out right does it. Wasn't sure if I've missed something or they've made a mistake. By my reckoning it should be £150 at least although I realise it is an amortisation loan so would be less. Just wondered if others had a problem too? My loan 1000104 works out about right but i've only got £800 in there but received £86 capitalised interest.

I still have a combined 17 outstanding payments listed on my accounts for these loans, So I haven't tried to reconcile any of them yet.

As the loan has not been making payments. the interest due should be the same each month or perhaps varying slightly with no of days in the month. LW

Bear in mind that.....
. there were eight missed interest payments Oct '18 - May '19 (there was a token interest payment in Jan this year) and that
. the Loan Amount increased on 7th June (there is no Capitalised Interest entry recorded for this) by approx eight months interest (based on last Sept's interest, and taking into account Januarys token payment) in addition to
. the two months Capitalised Interest (entry recorded) credited this month.

what does it mean by bullet 48 months payment? This represents the repayment of capital outstanding due to the capital repayments being phased on the basis of a 9 year repayment period (IIRC), but on a 4 year loan.

Hi ablrate regarding loan #85 please can we have an update? The last admin note refers to a visit that should have happened by now ablrate - per the last update posted on 85 we could have expected another update about 2 weeks ago. I'm not one to demand for updates for the sake of them, but as this loan has failed to pay for the month so recently after restructure we'd like to hear the results of the borrower visit

Terrible news. At least Ablrate aren't trying to BS us like some other platforms would do, they've told us like it is. Respect due.

Is there a link to take me to details of 85. I'm not an investor but still interested.
A more generic question, how do non investors navigate to the loan page especially when it is suspended and so cannot be accessed via the SM area.
Thanks
