Conjuring up images of small white flowers in Switzerland or is it Austria (all those European countries look the same to me). Could be the soundtrack for the adverts. I see a young Nun singing 'the loans are alive with the sound of...........' Not much of a protest, Village Ibiot. My Adlrate metaphor would be drawn from eggs, and how in times of stress, goob eggs can beteriorate, especially if they have thrown goob lenbers' money after dab.

Yes, you are correct. We are working on removing written off loans but we want to make sure that there is nothing in the code that has an unintended consequence somewhere else. ablrate, are you still working on removing written off loans from the Invested Funds total?

ablrate any update on 97/104/105? A forthcoming valuation has been the update for several months now. I appreciate that we have been in difficult times, however I don't believe a valuation can possibly take nearly 8 months. Especially as a lot of business have been in operation of some sort over the last couple of months at least. I believe there was mention of a potential offer following a valuation, anything happen with that? A more meaningful and progressive update would be welcome. Thanks

We never got to speak with the buyer. We are awaiting a response to our email. There is nothing material to report at present but we are continuing with this potential purchaser and looking at alternatives for the sites. As you can imagine at present selling a pub is a buyers market

Not wanting to jump in here but making sure the update in the last video (21/12/20 minute 7.30) got to everyone interested. In my opinion, not a lot can be done until the hospitality industry turns the corner.

Cough cough. ablrate, loan #85 was written off over a year ago now, yet the outstanding amount is still included in my platform total, giving a misleading position. Can you please give this some attention. Also, I note that the front page for this loan shows a Remaining Capital of £9,939. How does this square with the last addendum that shows a capital loss of £278k?

Can someone just confirm to me that these loans have had two capitalisations of interest? An unrecorded one in June 19, and a recorded one in Aug 19.
