Several loans go on market.
They look sensible,
only some are from the same borrower such as N****
Any further opinions?

Several loans go on market. They look sensible, only some are from the same borrower such as N**** Any further opinions? A bumper Bank holiday with 5 new loans. I missed out on today's loan funding but by chance picked up a better loan on the PLE. No issues for me with these new loans. There does seem to be a few more loans with the same borrower of late. As long as the loan security is solid it's no major concern for me.

Yes, I, too, am concerned about the lack of diversification on the three N**** loans.
If the two borrowers default on one loan how likely do you reckon they are to default on the other two?
