PS: Can a lawyer also certifies the ID document? here in the post office they clearly don't do that I see that even a dentist can certifies the document? how is that even possible clearly I am lost here The general idea is that there is a professional body with a membership number to link back to so basically the professional body has vetted the member certifying and the person certifying is risking their professional membership if they incorrectly certify the documents.

I quote: The following areas of the documents must be identifiable in English – name, address, date of birth, bank account details and any expiry dates.
A foreign language document, bank statement, utility bill, will still have all these "identifiable" in English. And no they will want one of these as well as the passport. I'm surprised you don't have a UK bank

The address I was given to send documents included Shoosmiths which is a firm of pricey lawyers, albeit this office is staffed by monkeys

Hi I am a foreign investor and just now receiving the notification about AML check the documents they request and certified in english is going to be a nightmare My only option is an english speaking lawyer but I was wondering if anyone had a sample letter of what exactly should be written if they used that option to pass the AML check they mention it on option g in their emails I am also a foreign investor. I have to say it went very smoothly for me. I had not received the initial AML email, but when I asked why cannot I withdraw, they said you need to be AML verified. I sent bank account and utility bill, with a stamp from the bank (which was not even explicitly stating the sentence they wanted regarding true copy, the bank on the contrary stamped we are unable to determine the validity of the original document but we authentify it has been signed in front of us by Mr xxx). I sent it to them last week, didn't get a reply. But after a few days when I asked why my banking details had been removed from the site, they said since you have been AML verified, just send us by email a bank statement showing the same data you had before. The next day, they reactivated my bank details and I could withdraw. So a better experience than I expected considering what I had read on here.

There seems to be a common theme of disappearing emails still...
Just chased again, and they claim to have sent me an email over a week ago saying my account was verified etc.
Whether or not they sent that email, they had not in fact unlocked my withdrawal facility (I'd been checking most days), but did so as they replied copying the "earlier" email... so now should have funds on the way and need to hope the withdrawal process hasn't sent its critical communications into the same email black hole!

Actually no..when the alphabet is not latin where you live..there won't be any english identifiable.. And that's precisely the circumstances where they won't accept it. Hardly unreasonable, is it? You can't seriously expect them to do all the work for getting your paperwork translated from Thai or Hindi or Cyrillic or whatever non-Latin alphabet.

As English is not my 1st language, could you help me out understanding the following?
Am I expected to provide one of each of those "a" through "g" or or just a one of any of those?

One single certified copy of one document from that list. Definitely not one of EACH...
B and C are pretty much mutually exclusive - most people will have one but not both, a lot of people will have neither of those.

Just to add, if you send them the original of one of these (not a print of an internet page) then you don't need it to be certified. But you do for the passport

Having been out of the country I was only able to post the demanded docs last Sunday, so I was quite surprised to find my account was no longer blocked when I had a look today. Finally able to make my first withdrawal since April assuming it arrives after the 5 days they seem to be suggesting.

I was verified successfully in October 2019 (got an email) but now Lendy ask me to reverify again before I can withdraw money.
Has anybody had a similar issue? Is this just a mistake or a shameless attempt to extract more money by the administrators?
