Secondary Market Required for ISA Eligibility.

Good morning, the treasury P2P consultation opens the debate and proposes liquidity of the Peer to Peer loan units/asset class for NISA platform eligibility via a secondary market. It's hard to argue liquidity is there without a secondary market, unless that is the platforms themselves guarantee to buy back, which of course would require ridiculously deep pockets.
