There is currently a part of this loan available on the SM ... 1 x £827.62 + Interest
There is no explanation that I can see as to why this isn't a standard loan unit of £1000. I'm vaguely aware that PL have made a recent change to allow partially redeemed loans to be sold on the SM, so maybe this is an example thereof.
If it is the case the loan has partially redeemed, then for prospective purchasers of this loan on the SM there is no information as to whether any security was released by PL and what the current outstanding loan balance / LTV is.
I also understood that every loan would be subject to a 12 monthly report on its status, this loan is now approaching 17 months since drawdown, and yet no progress report has been issued.

There was a partial repayment on Sept 6th. My £1,000 investment has been reduced to approx £828.

A note has now been added to the loan (in the 'Loan Request' box) confirming the partial repayment and impact on the security / LTV. (4 loan units available this morning)
