I really hope not. I have 76p in my account and will be making a round trip of 16 miles to get my docs certified (hopefully for free) Even in a diesel it's still a few bob.

I have initiated contact and received an inappropriate generic reply but I am leaving my vote as 'not heard anything yet'.

Just a note to say that I didn't receive the email about the verification outcome either. I emailed Lendy support and got a reply saying the email you were meant to receive was... please send these certified documents. I checked my MSE Credit Club Experian Search History and I can see a typo in what was submitted by Lendy on 01/10/2019. This is the first time that I have ever needed to provide this type of verification. Will this never end...

Not while the administrators, and their mates, can make money from it.

Likewise I've always gone straight through these checks. Having finally got around to checking my Experian searches there's TWO mistakes in the address used by L in a search on 1/10.
Can't imagine any info would be forthcoming if I was to ask, but it would be really disappointing to find out this hoop-jumping was down to a case of rushy-rushy fat fingered typing.....

fwiw, while I passed OK and got an email, my partner (same everything except name) heard nothing. An email to the lendy support crew elicited a response saying she had passed, and they were sorry if she didn't get the email (maybe because she had long since opted out of most Ly emails, since I always got one). So if you haven't heard, ding them, maybe you are just missing an email.

Hmmmm, I've been asked for verification yet my situation couldn't be more simple: Source and target bank account was the same single one, a personal/domestic one at that. Lived at same home address for just shy of 20 years, where account is registered to. HOWEVER... bank account was also a joint account.... I wonder if that's the missing link. Could be, as my wife and I both have an account with Lendyand use a joint bank account. I have a joint bank account with wife who doesn't use Lendy and I passed the checks. I'm amazed at so many "failing" these checks. Surely if details held by Lendy match those from (was it Experian they said they use?) then tick. As an aside, and it is a different credit reference agency (but they tend to have a lot of info in common in my experience) you could see what one of them has on you free of charge. I use this (used to be called Noddle): www.creditkarma.co.uk

Santander refused to certify mine and said they only certify documents relating to customers taking out one of their mortgages! Very helpful. Not. HSBC said the same. The post office wanted £12.55. So I tried at my local police station and they were happy to do it FOC. Full marks to them!!

The support address from the 4th October email iirc. I think we just did 'reply'.

Mine was verified on the 8th (confirmation email received on the 9th). I have only one account and no changes of my details since I signed up for Saving Stream.

After enquiring about the delay in hearing anything, I've had explicit confirmation that, for reasons I don't wish to discuss in public, I'm not expected to have heard anything yet, and that I still don't need to do anything other than wait for now.
There's not a box for that, so I'm sticking with the "not heard anything" option.
