Lets hope it goes thru OK.
"You ain't sold anything until you've been paid" (Quoting Alan Sugar I believe, and many others of course).

No longer “sold STC” on RM! cv? That's disappointing to hear..difficult to tell if it's CV related which is impacting the world economy. Would need to know about the buyer's situation to know the real cause.

Did anyone clock when this went SSTC .... seems like months and months ago, and I start to wonder what's holding things up ...... An offer accepted in Feb but the offer fell though due to CV!9 issues and the lockdown. Another offer accepted in May. I contacted Relendex 2 weeks ago and was told the flat is still SSTC. No details given of why the delay.

I have emailed Relendex several times in the past month pushing for more frequent updates on all the investments I am locked in to (the largest of which is blooming Evesham- this smells horrible). I don't get it with relented, their track record is ok, but their communication to investors is just not good enough- and Waterloo is a case in point. They should, at the very least, provide a monthly update at the start of every month on all of their loans, - 20 odd loans, half an hour each to update, say two days work, and as a consequence a bunch of investors who stop hassling them, and who may be around for the next investment. Can they please just get something like this done.

Yes, a monthly update is very easy to do and another p2p platform i use has done that since the CV19 crisis and it is most definately of mutual benefit to the platform and investor as you outlined. Penny posted this Aug 3 on another thread - a number of staff furloughed during this difficult time which unfortunately has caused delays in some areas of the business. We are back to full resource this week and our updates via email (to lenders holding loan parts) will resume. Action speaks louder than words comes to mind.

Now gone from Rightmove .... sale completed ?? (I think we should be told!) Yes, an update should have been made.. Contracts were being exchanged several weeks ago with an expected 'quick' exchange as the buyer was chain free.
