My observation on first 90 days:
- Autoinvest from €10 - 5 countries orignation: CZ, PH, ES, FIN, PLN - Good interest rate - 60 days Buyback guarantee - Great Interface - No Secondary market - Loan terms: 30 to 360 days - plenty of loans at the moment.
Loan Performance of my small sample:
24 loans repaid 20 loans repaid on time 3 loans repaid after due date with delayed interest 1 loans bought back from Buyback guarantee with delayed interest
Update: My sample is small, I expect a higher number of late loans in the future. For reference, Personal loans from Credit Star on Mintos has about 22% late.

Where do you get the data from?
The download of my investments only includes active loans and no history.
The account statement cannot be downloaded...
Did you count them by hand or am I missing something
PS: There is also no tax statement...

kl, you can check them using filter / "Transaction type" in Account statement -delayed interest received -interest received I spot the buyback from larger delayed interest payment, interest of delayed loan repayment without buyback is lower.

I've taken the plunge into Lendermarket. There are certainly no cash drag problems. At the moment it seems to be a perfect "fire and forget" platform, compared to competitors like Twino where I have been trying to sink 5000 euros for two months now but still far from fully invested.

FYI, Irish residents are unable to invest in Lendermarket. They claim it is due to having to withhold tax on Irish residents. Their own T&C's state they "Lendermarket shall be permitted to deduct any charges owing to it and any monies required to pay Withholding Taxes from any such Client Funds", so cannot understand the problem. Grupeer don't appear to have this issue and they are also registered in Ireland.

This recent review strikes me as a fair summary of the platform - explorep2p.com/lendermarket-review/

Thanks, I didn't think explorep2p would do one for Lendermarket. No sure if they invest with them, too much thinks mentioned on the review.

Latest observation: (after 150 days)
- 35 loans invested - 32 loans fully repaid - 3 loans currently late (late loans affect XIRR in the small sample) - 10 loans repaid with delayed interest (buyback) - short term loans performance is similar to statistics reported on Mintos - My XIRR for the small sample (7.8%-10.42%), expect to go higher once all loans are repaid. It did go up and down and up - quick withdrawal so far - satisfied resolution from customer support so far - transaction can be downloaded in a .csv file, but it needs a bit of tweaking - better return compared to Credit star loans on Mintos

The review has it's limitations. It says e.g. "Loans are currently available from Czech Republic, Finland, Poland, Spain, Estonia and Denmark." Has anybody ever seen a loan from Czech Rep or Denmark on Lendermarket? At the beginning there were som from Finland, but now it's just Poland and Spain, since weeks. So for country diversification Lendermarket is certainly not optimal.

So for country diversification Lendermarket is certainly not optimal. I started lending 150 days ago. Here is a summary of the loans I invested: 12 PL loans 10 ES loans 5 FI loans 8 CZ loans I haven't setup any Auto-Invest for Denmark / Estonia. So not sure if they have been listed on the platform. After 150 days testing with Lendermarket, I'd pick Creditstar loans from Mintos instead on Lendermarket. The Secondary market and other LOs give me better piece of mind.

Since Jan 1st I run an autoinvest that would allow investments in all countries, any duration. So far it has picked 7 loans from Finland, 544 from Poland and 538 from Spain.
So?
