Unfortunately all I'm shown is that message about the facility being unavailable - the usual withdrawal page isn't shown. To withdraw, what worked for me is to log in to the Lendy website. Select Cashier, select UK Withdrawal, enter amount. If it is not working for you then I can only suggest raising it with the Administrators. Presumably there will be an issue with the AML check. For those who are not verified, the process is:
Select Cashier, select UK Withdrawal, [Info | Your withdrawal facility is unavailable during the AML verification process.]
There's nowhere to enter an amount, no clue about what (if any) documents anyone may be awaiting nor any info about how or where to send them.
As far as the non-verified users who've not been asked for any info are concerned, the withdrawal facility simply hasn't been enabled yet. It's only through this forum that I'm aware that other users appear to be able to withdraw funds.

People, please check account number "ending in" appears to be correct before withdrawing. I have an unrecognised account number showing. It might be my mistake at this point (as in an old dormant foreign account) but at this time I do not think so. Please check before withdrawing.

Just for the record - my return on DFL012, for investment >£15000 was 45.52785% of the capital amount.
Can't quite see why there should be a small difference between my return and other peoples stated returns, maybe LB left a note.
Oh, and, never had a reply to the AML papers I sent in but have now withdrawn (or made request to withdraw) the total.

I contacted Lendy about this with details of my bank account I've used for all Lendy withdrawals only to be told that according to Experian it's invalid!! I'm assuming the "valid" account is an old inactive account.Ringing Experian today to see what they have to say.

I've been double checking, I definitely do not have an account ending 8993, never have had as far as I know. I presume you emailed the receiver? How long did they take to get back to you?

No news on whether I'd passed AML but I've managed to withdraw (touch wood) my funds and have just received an email confirmation of my request.
Interestingly, the last line of the confirmation email says, "We look forward to you investing through the Lendy platform."

Try a withdrawal. You might be pleasantly surprised. Unfortunately all I'm shown is that message about the facility being unavailable - the usual withdrawal page isn't shown. Ditto.

I had £200 invested in DFL012 with £19.65 interest and £5.92 Bonus Interest owing. I have been repaid £91 of the £200 investment so far.
Looking at the Lendy T&C's under 'Borrower event of default and enforceability':-
3. says "In the event of a shortfall in the amounts available for repayment of the Loan, the available proceeds will be paid in the order set out in the Loan Agreement, as follows:
first, payment of any unpaid fees, costs and expenses of the Agent under the Finance Documents; second, payment of any accrued interest, fee or commission due but unpaid under the Loan Agreement; third, payment of any principal due but unpaid under the Loan Agreement; fourth, payment of any other sum due but unpaid under the Finance Documents".
Reading this surely interest and bonus interest should be paid first?

I suspect that RSM have used the variation term included to return capital ahead of interest in line with standard insolvency procedure.

Update: Interim distributions for Loans: DFL012 / 032 / 034 / 037 have been processed a short while ago. Advisory update will follow tomorrow. Withdrawals functionality will be reinstated from tomorrow onwards subject to individual Investors’s AML qualification.
Did the advisory update ever appear?

Nope. Do we know when it will be issued? I imagine lots of angry emails heading their way.
