Loan extension seems to be taking time?

Hi Gramsky,
Loan extensions may be subject to the same enquiries as a new loan.
Depending on the loan security, solicitors turnaround time and other, some extension are completed quicker than others (as with new loans).

Filip

Hi all,
We are still receiving lots of questions about this loan and the proposed loan extension.
To clarify, if we beleived that an loan extension would not occur for any reason, an loan update would be posted to the same effect.
I hope that it clarifies the position.
Regards,
Filip

Will our existing investment be rolled over into the new extension or will we need to bid again?
Is it still going to be a second charge security?

Is it still going to be a second charge security? Good morning Gramsky, Provided that an loan extension occurs, subject to the conditions in the loan update dated 30 September 2019, all exiting investments would be rolled over and investors would not have to do anything. The loan security in the relevant security documents is unchanged, subject to responses to enquiries. Regards, Filip
