The podcast stated that it is just 2 of the garages that are the subject of this loan. As you face the garage doors, it's the middle and right hand garage. I guess that plans were drawn up and approved for all three, but this developer can only afford two of them at this time. I didn't watch the whole podcast, they are just too dry for me as they're essentially a guy just reading from some slides verbatim.
