I've just downloaded my loan book. It looks like labels for the markets have changed eg C1 is now C and A2 is now A.
Has anyone else noticed? I've got a spreadsheet that summarises my (few remaining) loans and flags up any that are able to be sold. I don't want to amend the formulae if it's just some sort of weekend blip.

I've just checked my ISA and you are right I've checked it against one from July i'll check against last month and see if it changed more recently. Edit: Just checked last months and it has the old C1 and A2 as you say which are now reporting C and A. Well spotted.

Thanks for the reply. I could previously see A*, A1 and A2 - presumably these aren't separated any more, in the loan book at least.
I've previously analysed actual vs expected default rates by market and duration (which was the catalyst to me selling out as much of Zopa as I could) - this will no longer be possible, or not to the same level of accuracy anyway.

Yeah I've notice they seem to have stripped out anything with a number, A1, A2, C1. Recently they had changed some of them but I thought it was just to separate the recent Car loan types secured and not secured.

I can still see A* but to be honest its probably that they have been criticised for have different markets to those in their risks docs etc. Anyway I did not see any comms regarding this change so I've sent yet another email to see if any light can be shone on what's happened and why.

The comments section has been removed so it is now more difficult to see when missed payments have occurred

The comments section has been removed so it is now more difficult to see when missed payments have occurred In my experience the comments field wasn't kept up to date other than to say something like "Set to default".

I used to use the comments field to check for pending replacements, in an attempt to make my arrears look less intimidating. Even more annoying is that the current loan book, when viewed online, shows part of the Comment with a tip that suggests downloading a csv file in order to see it in full.... I feel a mail to Zopa coming on!

Me too, perhaps i asked too many question they are trying to cut down on mr emails With all these changes i think i'm going to be busy next month integrating all this into my spreadsheets. I hope they haven't changed the statements as well!

I downloaded my loan books tonight. There’s been some changes to the format with a bit more information available. Additional header labels are: * type of loan * borrower origination fee * loan servicing fee * transaction price * transaction date * interest outstanding * days in arrears * default price * type of asset The comment column has gone. Not sure how useful some these new fields will be to us lenders who use these tables.

Sadly I assumed the new fields would be at the end but now looking at the changes it seems the fields are all over the place. What a mess, I can't believe this is what they intended. Hopefully they will explain the borrower info which seems to suggest that some borrower fees are as high as 20% of the loan amount. £2500 loan was £500 the borrower rate was 10.41% and my cut was 6.81% with a servicing fee of 3.6% Not sure if it helps anyone be here are the changes both by name and by positions. I'm not sure how to change my tables as yet and whether it might be better to provide an additional loader step to force existing layouts. Old Name and Column Position New name and Column position ------------------------------------ --------------------------------- 1. Borrower ( 1) 1. Borrower ID ( 1) 2. Product ( 2) 2. edit: The table above has changed again now the comments data has been added back in at row 18 you can find the changed sections here. All of the references marked in red have changed from that point onwards.

Thanks for that very helpful chart - I foresee a lot of spreadsheet editing coming on. Only hope I don't finish and then find they've reinstated the Comment column somewhere near the beginning!

Thanks for that very helpful chart - I foresee a lot of spreadsheet editing coming on. Only hope I don't finish and then find they've reinstated the Comment column somewhere near the beginning! Well I've started analysing some initial data against previous loanbooks and it seems to me some new fields like "transaction date" and "transaction price" are not clear where they are useful or not as in both cases there are columns that already provide exactly the same information as far as I can see so far. I've only checked my invest data as yet for myself I will be checking other fields usefulness as well across my ISA and also Mrs Aju products to get a better feel. At present I'm hoping that I can have an interim loader tab (excel 2007) with my original loader tabs and just use my original loanbook loader tab as the data source and copy the new loader across based on whqat I need rather than what Zopa wants me to have. Any other ideas gratefully received.

I have just had a reply from Zopa regarding the changes to the loan book extract. Apparently the changes were made in order to comply with new FCA regulations, and I was far from the first to complain about the new layout with insertion/renaming of fields breaking all uploads.
The Comments field however is no more as they felt "... it didn't add any more information than the table already provided".I shall give them a list of things I used it for, and ask how I am expected to determine these from the table.
