I've complained that it's been over a year since I made my complaint. I just got the same delaying response as everyone else. Have you thought of complaining to the Complaints Commissioner about your complaint? This process has been carried out wrt the Col complaints. If FS complaints have been deferred for any of the reasons mentioned in this document by the Complaints Commissioner (CC) the outcome will be the same. Note the doc I linked to above is one of several where the CC has looked at what has gone on with Col. The CC will not look at the complaints until any enforcement / legal action has been completed.

The reports in the press about Luxmore's behaviour tipped me over the edge, and was the nudge I needed: the FCA complaint about their botched authorisation and regulation of FS was one of the few useful things I did over the Christmas break.

What and when can you share ? It has been claimed in High Court papers that certain parties connected with FundingSecure entered into a £15m conspiracy. It is understood that the claims are denied and will be tested in court.
It's a very complicated web to map out and I've added it to the list of projects but might be Feb before I can publish. As there's so much detail it'll probably be in the form of a narrated power point I expect.

Is this a development from the 'fake loans' reported in the Times last month or another alleged conspiracy?

Is this a development from the 'fake loans' reported in the Times last month or another alleged conspiracy? It's part of the same case. The reporting was centred around the loans that Luxmore was alleged to have incorrectly made to Borrower M ("M"). It's worth saying M contends that the monies advanced were legitimate commercial loans and that he understand his obligation to repay.
As a counterclaim M has alleged (inter alia) that certain parties connected with FundingSecure entered into a conspiracy to deprive M of circa £15m.

Mousey - thanks for all this - you could not make this farce up - reads like an episode of "The Sweeney".
I just don't understand why the Police aren't involved here and hate to think what this will cost in legal fees - even if we get a judgemrnt with costs then getting the money is a different story.
Just can't wait to see how this one ends up but sadly I am not very positive about getting my investments back here.

Received 17.33 29/01
Dear Mr I write further to our most recent update on your complaint. We had hoped to be able to give you a more detailed update on progress before the end of January 2021, but it is not quite ready to be sent yet. I appreciate this would be frustrating and I’m sorry that we were not able to meet this expectation. We are working towards being able to give you a more detailed update shortly, but in any event, we will update again by the end of February 2021 at the latest.
Can you see where this is going ?

Under the carpet? Its almost as if its been written by a child. Note it starts "I" then 2nd sentence "We"..3rd sentence "I" 4th.."We" This is the third note ive had other than the original receipt of complaint I can almost imagine what's coming but any idea what the next step up is ..The Financial Ombudsman ?

these loans were presented in a deceitful blatant way, negligent misrepresentation, fraudulent misrepresentation,to fleece lenders for their own financial gain.the directors past and present are responsible for all of this and now hiding behind administration and litigation where no action can be taken against them or their company.a few loans have been SOLD to litigation firms with complete indemnity for FS and a 70/30 split of any recoveries.how much were these loans SOLD for and where are the funds?will admininistrators,FS,be taking further fees from any of the 70% recoveries?
