IMPORTANT UPDATE ----- Form Completion and Voting for CG&Co Creditors Committee ****** All information posted without any liability ******* Please note: this is not advice or recommendation; we leave the decision to everyone concerned as to how they decide to fill in their own forms. If in doubt, please see your accountant or Solicitor/lawyer to assist YOU in completing YOUR forms. As we have been contacted many times, it is clear that there is some ambiguity or confusion in how to exactly fill in the forms that were emailed by CG&Co. For those who have not received any forms, we have uploaded a set to FSAG on facebook. Please find a copy in the “Recent Group Files”. As we outlined earlier, we are not allowed [by law] to explain or advise on how to complete the forms that CG&Co have sent along to all lenders of Funding Secure. Therefore, we have taken the decision to post our own forms [with a few notes on them], for all to view. Please see the "FB EXPLANATION regarding my form completion 17.11.2019" file in the files section. All further copies of my draft forms are also included in that section. I will try and add some information into the loan-specific threads on the FSAG board this week to help. I have asked before if the forms can be in WORD format for filling in then they can be saved as PDFs by individual lenders, If you wanted the convenience you could still fill out pdf's digitally by adding a text box on top of them - FSAG Forum would that still be allowed? They may still need to be signed by hand. Otherwise print all and fill in by hand would be the other option and I imagine what most will do anyway. I guess that would be fine technik, as long as they are signed by hand, if you have the skills and experience to create those files, if you could email them to fs_action_group@hotmail.com, it would be greatly appreciated & I will be happy to post them up for anyone else to use, thanks!

Do I really need to fill in box numbers: 4,5,7 and 8 on the proof of debt form as this looks a nightmare? Surley I should be just sending basic like my name and amount I have on account as they can see my account and see all that info anyway?

The forms need to be completed in a very specific way or they won't be counted, especially with regard to nominations for the Creditor's Committee, full guidance including examples have been posted on the FSAG Forum here. Are we OK to just e-mail and not bother sending physical copies to them in the post? Why are some people sending both via email AND post?

They are just doubling up for"belt & braces", I will only be sending mine via email as I am currently in Tenerife, I will be asking for a reply to confirm receipt though.
