I have no idea who you are and we have never met. However, Ratesetter for some reason have sent me your monthly interest and ISA statement via email. Only 22p this month in total, sadly.
Anyone else having misdirected monthly statements from random other people?

Me too!
I didn't notice a name (I'll have another look) but my heart missed a beat because the one I received reports ISA interest and I am fully subscribed elsewhere.
Glad it's not just me but how terribly embarrassing for Ratesetter!

Anyone else having misdirected monthly statements from random other people? Looks like she is popular: I'd hazard a guess we've all got her statement.....and it probably isn't her statement at all. But then again, it also certainly isn't mine as I don't have an ISA with them.
Try again RS.....
EDIT:crossed with Lara, who's statement I don't have.

If you scroll down the email there is "Priscilla, help your friends earn extra"...at least on mine
And at the almost at the bottom "This email was sent by RateSetter to xxxxxxxx@xxxx.com" just above the company address stuff it tells you at least who Ratesetter imagines it is sending the email

We're on the case to fix this.

My goodness, with all these software glitches, I'm becoming more and more concerned about the stewardship of our funds. Glad I've significantly reduced my holding with Ratesetter.
If my bank had exhibited such amateur failings, I'm sure I'd have closed my account long ago.

Ooh data protection issues. I didn't receive the first one... but according to the corrected one, the original was supposedly a "internal test" version rather than containing any other real customer's data...

And I thought I'd finally got rid of these unwanted monthly statements, but Priscilla seems to have restarted them!

I fully agree. Some banks have awkward old-fashioned half-way dysfunctional web pages. Some still even used "security questions" like mother's name and the like until quite recently. That's more like an invitation to try to hack the site.

And if you go back far enough Santander was having massive problems. The compensation was excellent and I did well out of TSB's cock up as well.....come on ratesetter cockup my nonexistent monthly emails, I want some compo!
