Would be interesting to learn where people are going to reinvest their landbay funds. I would recommend you avoid the following platforms: Funding circle Fund ourselves Growth street I am adding funds to - Ablrate Capital Rise Crowd Property HNW Lending Relendex Unbolted Via Invest [euro] Wise Alpha And Vanguard Life Strategy 60, Baillie Gifford Strategic Bond Fund.

Loanpad seem to be a fairly low risk at the moment.i took up the £50 offer a couple of months ago I think 5% with 60 days notice is not to bad after the last few years of the snakes and ladders games of the 12%s.where it is pot luck to get your overall capital back never mind any interest.

Marx had it right: "I don't want to lend on any platform that wants me as a lender". This is Groucho not Karl in case anyone is puzzled. With the amount of strings being pulled in P2P lately Harpo might have been more appropriate

I would recommend people dump landbay funds into crowdproperty. You get between 7 and 8% and funds are locked in until the end of the project. Or assetz 30 day 5% interest and secured on property.

Lendinvest is pretty good too. Funds locked until loan matures. Good recovery process as well.

12 month anniversary of Landbay closing to retail investors because the rates they could offer had fallen too low blog.landbay.co.uk/blog/2019/11/28/dear-retail-investorI wonder if they made a mistake there - with today's miniscule mainstream interest rates, they could have been swamped with retail investors. Not to mention the permanent or temporary closure of P2P competitors.

On the other hand, Landbay took a bold decision in shutting up shop to retail investors, if only others(Lending Works) had followed Landbay's example, investors would be in a far better position.
