I am invested too, it's the first payment which is due, possible the borrower is not aware or made a false payment. I have no worries at the moment. Hopefully eg does give you an answer shortly.

I agree, it could happen. But I just expected higher level of service from EG, than from other "mass" platforms.

I pushed them a little bit, here's the answer
''My apologies for the delay in answering. We have been in touch with the borrower and he promised to pay the interest by the end of this week and furthermore continue making the interest payment in correct schedule.''
Lets see what happens.

Thanks for info. BTW, how exactly did you push them ? Do you have direct contact with their representatives ? I just wrote to their common mail address.

I just sent another email, saying that they should check the forum and reply faster to inquiries to build trust.

It seems they take you more seriously than me, I still don't have any answer from them. You are the author of www.p2phero.com/ , aren't you ?

Zentenes loan was paid on thursday. Hopefully the borrower respects the schedule as promised.

schedule was not respected on the 2nd payment, which is still open... this is the only project in my portfolio which does not stick to the schedule.

15-20% of my borrowers on estateguru pay late, most 2-5 days, never more than 3 weeks. If it's only interests there is no penalty (by law) so it doesn't bother them. Don't look too often into your account and it won't bother you too
