Excellent work - thanks! Just a note that 100107 has a typo - should be £444,607.01 due on this loan (initial £600K)

Guessing there's a problem with this one ablrate with it not being drawndown yesterday? Strange times may be the reason. However choosing my words very carefully. I did wonder when I read the email announcing the draw down, if there might not be a sudden change in the dynamics.

I did wonder when I read the email announcing the draw down, if there might not be a sudden change in the dynamics. Yes I did think it looked like a confident email to say the two issues causing delay in drawdown had been resolved. I know nothing's certain in these tough times!

ablrate, given that this loan is going to be refinanced by a replacement loan, will it be possible for existing lenders to elect to roll their existing investments over? Otherwise it would require temporary extra funds to be placed on the platform, which would be particularly problematic for ISA accounts.

Yes, this will be a problem as I have maxxed out ISA contributions, so the 20K+ that I have in this loan is going to be repaid but I won't be able to participate in funding the new loan. An option to rollover would be appreciated.

It would make it simpler for investors who want to stay in this loan at the same proportion. Rebs have this feature and it seems to work well.
