Looks like they have fallen foul of new FCA regulations due to the recent mini bond scandal. Surprised it has taken this long to realise they were covered by this and were not more on the ball in getting it sorted in the last month.

When did this happen. I have a transferred ISA money entered the queue yesterday and is shown as awaiting the next bond run.

Well they haven't bothered to let me know I got notifications on both of my GS accounts, even though they are both empty! You might want to check spam etc. The notification does say that the suspension is about the marketing of ISAs, and new applications - existing ISA accounts are unaffected.

GS's statement "current ISA investors will still be able to log into and operate their ISA accounts" does not make it clear if investors can continue to add funds to their current ISA after January 1st.
My reading of the new FCA regulations is that they will not be able to do so until GS is compliant with the new requirements, but I may be wrong.

I wasn't going to renew this ISA when it matures anyway. Prefer direct lending on GS rather than via a mini-bond. Not entirely clear why they chose to do it this way in the first place.
