(I have now added a new "withdrawal email received" column into my monitoring spreadsheets - I know i'm a sad git like spreadsheet Phil! - so I can monitor the timings. I'm still not sure if doing this on Monday may be just as good as doing this on Saturday but my calendar entry hits me on Saturday and all my stats started there so I'll keep it that way for now) I find that requesting a withdrawal on Saturday or Sunday gives money in your account on Wednesday - the same as if requested by 4pm(ish) on the Monday.

Thx, I concur with that weekend thing, however it never occured to me that Monday would be the same but thinking about it it makes sense. Thing is though when I look back at previous emails on withdrawals I would normally get the email from a Saturday request early on a Sunday, just after midnight in fact, not Monday and definitely not as late as Tuesday. To be fair Zopa did eventually suggest there were issues yesterday that were as a result of some unexplained weekend updates to the system. (I noticed yesterday before I knew the issues that if I leave Zopa up without touching it for a while I get a centred blue box asking if I want to remain connected or logout I can't remember if it had a timer on it too as the system was up and down like a yoyo yesterday when it was not logging me out correctly) Interestingly doing a mid morning request on Wed 18th Mar resulted in the money arriving on Friday 20th. Sadly my bank does not give times it arrives, not sure any do but I think after 15:30-16:00 the bank runs process into next bus day. Update: Looking at previous request emails and todays emails the previous ones come at different times whereas todays 4 different requests (2 each for myself and Mrs aju for ISA holding withdrawals) all came stamped at 9:01am so I am guessing the normal run was either held off until this morning or it was triggered to run/restart around 9:00am

Zopa withdrawal emails have definitely been delayed recently. I've only got defaulted loans left so I don't withdraw that often.
Some banks will show pending transactions online - Zopa credits show as pending the day before they're due to arrive. Zopa credits arrive first thing whereas RS credits arrive mid/late afternoon and don't show as pending the day before (but as you know, RS is next day whereas Zopa takes 2 days).
