It is our wish to allow as many people as possible to invest in each and every loan opportunity that we offer.........we will release each new loan at a set time each time..........our investors can organize themselves to be ready to invest if they so wish, rather than the “scrum” which happens currently. Not a huge fan of the odd-shaped ball game, but if we're using rugby analogies I would have thought that the current situation was more akin to a "ruck" (or do I mean a "maul"?). It's the proposed organisation (everyone poised for the whistle) that turns it into a "scrum"!

A noticeable omission from the weekly update email (which I've stopped receiving once again. Grrr. ) is any mention of the boat loan which is now 8 days overdue. savingstream can you include any overdue boat loans in your weekly updates please. The Arvor has just repaid. I only hope savingstream will provide updates on all the boat loans as they near completion in future, I think the next one up is the super yacht.

Hope they hurry up as I have todays boaty loan repayment looking for a home Well, unless I've missed an announcement, you've got at least 24 hrs to wait. . SS didn't give 24 hours notice on the last two loans, did they? And I realise it doesn't preclude a loan showing up with little or no notice, but none of the 'Pipeline' loans is shown as reaching Stage 4 yet.

Perhaps you missed it mikes1531 but PBL 23 and 24 went live on 2 February; on 6 February in their weekly update which was emailed and posted here link SS said "i n accordance with our KISS principle, we will release each new loan at a set time each time, probably 6pm, and will give 24 hours notice before we go live. "
In my experience SS tend to do what they say, and I am expecting any new or re-launched loans to be announced 24 hrs before they appear on the platform. As I write, having received nothing myself, this implies if anything is going to happen this week it will be Friday, not today, and ilmoro is still waiting for a home for his cash (maybe).

I think I'm right in saying Pipeline Loans don't actually show up as "Stage 4" ? When they go beyond Stage 3 they've actually passed beyond "Pipeline" and are/is live ...

I've seen things at stage 4, although I don't pay as much attention as I used to, so you may be right that it doesn't happen any more. Loans are filled much more quickly than they used to be; I think it probably depends on whether they want the loan out there for funding before the documents are signed or not, which in turn could depend on all manner of things - confidence of papers being signed, likelihood of loan filling etc.

Loans are filled much more quickly than they used to be; I think it probably depends on whether they want the loan out there for funding before the documents are signed or not, which in turn could depend on all manner of things - confidence of papers being signed, likelihood of loan filling etc. Inasmuch as SS are committed to paying 12% on funds as soon as they are invested, I expect they'll want to delay making a loan available for investment until they're very confident it will proceed. As ramblin rose said, loans have been funded quite quickly lately, so there's no need for SS to rush to make them available too far ahead of the expected drawdown date. Except, perhaps, if it's been a while since the last opportunity and they wish to demonstrate that they're still making loans in an effort to prevent lenders starting to drift away.
