Can anyone explain this. My figures for this completed loan.
Correction of capital from loan 1925692430 11/01/2020 14:26 £0.00 £-22.06
Interest earned from loan 1925692430 10/01/2020 11:21 £0.00 +£6.31
Capital Return from loan 1925692430 10/01/2020 11:21 £0.00 +£44.48
Interest earned from loan 1925692430A 21/10/2019 14:39 £0.00 +£6.27
Capital Return from loan 1925692430A 21/10/2019 14:39 £0.00 +£55.52

My figures are IDENTICAL to yours. They don't say why the £22.06 was taken. Mine was actually taken on the 11th, the day after the payments were made.

My figures are IDENTICAL to yours. They don't say why the £22.06 was taken. Mine was actually taken on the 11th, the day after the payments were made. Yes mine was taken on 11th. We need to get some reasonable explanation why a fully repaid loan results in a 20% loss

Have now taken interest back as well.
So 30% loss on 38% LTV

nasty although I suspect not untypical for the losses we can expect
I did DD on this one when it came out - looked very dodgy to me - can't find the original thread but I am sure it was linked to another intersting FS borrower etc who was linked to the cinema which came good etc - still convinced there is something very badly wrong with this loan but thought that about the cinema!
However hopefully the administrators will very soon be updating all of our loans so we know exactly what the hell is going on...

i make mine to be 15.76% loss on capital return
yes need a breakdown of recovery if they can`t get this correct (‘the Administrators’) of CG & Co (‘CG’) how can anyone have faith in the rest of the loans recovery
