Odd that there is £1.6m on offer at 4.6% in the 5 year account though. Why would anyone accept 4.6% for 5 years when you can get that in the Access account or at Assetz? Because they think rates will drop, and 4.6% might be good in say, years 3,4 and 5

Fair enough but I don’t see 4.6% as worth the risk in a long term p2p loan.

This morning there are 669 orders on the 1 yr market @ 5%, total value £11.91. That's an average of 1.78p per order.

Anyone know how to take my money 'off market' in max and put it in access instead. Just had a 6.5% loan pay off and I have set reinvest at 7%.

I think you can just cancel the unmatched order then set a new order in Access. But you may have missed the boat for good rates today, there is £900k waiting to be matched at 3% in Access now!
